体征和症状

诊断

预防

改变生活方式

减压技术,如生物反馈或超验冥想,可以被视为减少高血压的其他治疗的附加物,但没有证据可以自行预防心血管疾病。 自我监测和预约提醒可能会支持使用其他策略来改善血压控制,但需要进一步评估。
药物
几类药物,统称为抗高血压药物,可用于治疗高血压。

抗性高血压
