Operative treatment of renal carcinoma concomitant solitary
metastasis of bone(Report of 2 cases and review of literature)

Abstract Purpose:To inquire into the operative indication of renal carcinoma concomitant solitary metastasis of bone.Methods:The method of operative treatment and follow-up result were analyzed in 2 patients with renal carcinoma concomitant solitary metastasis of bone.Results:Followed-up for 4 years and 1 year respectively, all 2 cases were survived without tumor after the primary focus and bond metastasis resection together with immunotherapy.Conclusions:The vigorous operative treatment should be adopted in the patients without obvious local infiltration or metastasis. The radical operation should not be performed reluctantly in the patients with poor general condition, concomitant metastases of multiple organs, or tumor growth rapidly.
