STUDY ON INACTIVATION OF SINDBIS VIRUS IN PLASMA BY SHORTWAVE ULTRAVIOLET RAYS AND CROSS-LINKED STARCH IODINE 熊鸿燕 刘育京 涂瀛 摘 要:对UVC与CSI分别对血浆中病毒灭活的效果和对血浆中FⅧ凝血活性的影响进行了观察.CSI按100mg/ml加入血浆,作用30min与60min,能使SV分别下降2.55与361个对数级,但血浆FⅧ凝血活性亦分别降至57.33%和0;继续延长作用时间至120min,灭活病毒的效果增加不明显.用剂量为7170~57360J/m2的UVC照射血浆,可使SV下降4.26~6.71个对数级.照射剂量为7170J/m2时,病毒灭活速度较快,FⅧ凝血活性也无损害,但超过此剂量后的病毒下降速度减缓,而对FⅧ凝血活性的损害明显加重. 关键词:短波紫外线;交联淀粉碘;血浆消毒;病毒灭活;辛德比斯病毒 作者单位:熊鸿燕(第三军医大学预防医学系重庆 400038) 刘育京(军事医学科学院微生物流行病研究所) 涂瀛(第三军医大学预防医学系重庆 400038) 参考文献: [1]Marx G, Mou X, Freed R, et al.
