子宫颈与阴道上部和子宫后部有关。
为了获得最佳效果,女性月经期间不应进行巴氏试验,部分原因是额外的细胞可能使宫颈细胞模糊,部分原因是月经周期的这一部分是女性器官发炎最多/ LINK /。然而,子宫颈抹片检查可以在女性月经期间进行,特别是如果医生正在使用液体检测;如果出血非常重,子宫内膜细胞可能会遮盖宫颈细胞,因此如果出血过多则不宜进行子宫颈抹片检查。
