标题: 肾病
肾病，是肾脏的损害或疾病。肾炎是一种炎性肾病，根据炎症的位置有几种类型。炎症可以通过血液检查来诊断。肾病是非炎性肾病。肾炎和肾病可分别引起肾病综合征。肾脏疾病通常会在一定程度上导致肾功能丧失，并可导致肾功能衰竭，完全丧失肾功能。肾功能衰竭被称为肾病的终末期，其中透析或肾移植是唯一的治疗选择。

原因

肾病的原因包括肾小球中免疫球蛋白A抗体的沉积，镇痛药的施用，黄嘌呤氧化酶缺乏，化学治疗剂的毒性以及长期暴露于铅或其盐。可产生肾病的慢性病包括系统性红斑狼疮，糖尿病和高血压，其分别导致糖尿病性肾病和高血压性肾病。

止痛药

肾病的一个原因是长期使用称为镇痛药的止痛药。可引起肾脏问题的止痛药包括阿司匹林，对乙酰氨基酚和非甾体类抗炎药（NSAIDs）。这种形式的肾病是“慢性镇痛性肾炎”，一种慢性炎症性变化，其特征在于小管的丢失和萎缩以及间质纤维化和炎症（BRS病理学，第2版）。

具体而言，镇痛非那西丁的长期使用与肾乳头坏死（坏死性乳头炎）有关。

糖尿病

饮食

IgA肾病

黄嘌呤氧化酶缺乏症

诊断
疑似肾病的标准诊断检查包括病史，体格检查，尿检和肾脏超声检查（肾脏超声检查）。超声对肾脏疾病的诊断和治疗至关重要。[20]

移植
