卵巢静脉，雌性性腺静脉，从其相应的卵巢到下腔静脉或其支流之一携带脱氧血液。它是睾丸静脉的雌性等同物，是卵巢动脉的静脉对应物。它可以在卵巢的悬韧带中找到。[1]

结构
它是成对的静脉，每个都提供卵巢。

右卵巢静脉穿过卵巢的悬韧带并且通常连接下腔静脉。
与右侧不同，左侧卵巢静脉通常与左肾静脉而不是下腔静脉相连。[2] [3]

病理
卵巢静脉血栓形成与产后子宫内膜炎，盆腔炎，憩室炎，阑尾炎和妇科手术有关。
