2019年新型冠状病毒（2019-nCoV）[3] [4]也被称为武汉冠状病毒，[1]是一种传染性病毒，可引起呼吸道感染，并已显示出人与人之间的传播，这是相关首先发现的证据在中国湖北武汉市，是造成2019-20年度武汉冠状病毒爆发的原因。[5] 基因组测序表明，它是一种正义的单链RNA冠状病毒。[6] [7] [8]

流行病学

首次已知的人类感染发生在2019年12月上旬。分子钟方法显示了相似的或稍早的起源日期。[14]

2019年12月中旬，在中国武汉首次发现了2019-nCoV暴发。该病毒随后传播到了中国大陆的其他省和其他国家，包括泰国，日本，台湾，韩国，澳大利亚，法国和美国。[15] [16] [17]

疫苗研究

在中国，中国疾病预防控制中心正在开发一种针对新型冠状病毒的疫苗。[25] [56]
