血浆捐赠
血浆是由献血制成的血液制品,用于输血,通常用作新鲜的冷冻血浆(FFP)或放血后24小时内冷冻的血浆(PF24)。当捐献全血或充血红细胞(PRBC)输血时,O-是最理想的,被认为是“通用捐献者”,因为它既不含A抗原又不含B抗原,可以安全地输给大多数接受者。 AB +类型是PRBC捐赠的“通用收件人”类型。但是,对于等离子体,情况有些相反。献血中心有时将仅通过血液采血从AB供体收集血浆,因为它们的血浆中不包含可能与受体抗原发生交叉反应的抗体。因此,AB通常被认为是血浆的“通用供体”。由于担心与输血相关的急性肺损伤(TRALI)和可能具有较高白细胞抗体的女性供体,因此存在专门的计划来迎合男性AB血浆供体。[14]然而,一些研究表明,尽管孕妇的白细胞抗体增加,TRALI的风险也会增加。[15]
