标题: 空肠造口术
空肠造口术是通过外科手术在腹部前部和空肠壁（小肠的一部分）的皮肤形成一个开口（造口）。可以通过内窥镜或正规手术进行。

如果由于肠渗漏或穿孔而需要绕开远端小肠和/或结肠，则在肠切除术后可能会形成空肠造口术。根据切除或绕过的空肠的长度，患者可能会导致短肠综合症，需要肠胃外营养。

空肠造口与空肠饲管不同，空肠吻合管是胃造口禁忌或有明显风险时常用的胃造口术的替代品。相对于胃造口术的优点是由于其远端放置而引起的误吸风险低。缺点包括肠梗阻小，局部缺血和需要连续喂食。

技术技巧
Witzel空肠造口术是最常见的空肠造口术。这是一种开放技术，其中将空肠切开术定位在Tenitz韧带远端30 cm处的角周围，导管穿入血清肌沟中。
