胆囊造口术或胆囊切开术是在胆囊中造口的一种程序，它可以方便放置引流管，这是由美国外科医生约翰·斯托伯·鲍勃斯博士于1867年首先进行的。它有时用于胆囊炎病人，有必要延迟或推迟胆囊切除。第一次内镜胆囊造口术是由托德·巴伦（Todd Baron）和马克·托帕赞（Mark Topazian）于2007年使用超声引导穿刺胃壁并放置了一个胆囊引流塑料胆管。
