标题: 吞气症
吞气症（或气吞）是过度吞咽的一种情况，会吞咽到胃中。吞气症也可能是指一种异常情况，其中主要症状是肠胃胀气过多，没有气，而且空气进入肠道的实际机制还不清楚。精神病学中的吞气症有时归因于神经质或焦虑症。

原因
吞气症与口香糖，吸烟，喝碳酸饮料，饮食过快，焦虑，持续高的气道正压通气和假牙松动有关。吞气症也有意进行以增加a的长度和体积，因为成功吞咽的任何空气都会增加胃中的分压。在颈椎阻塞的人中，吸入会导致空气进入食道和胃。

诊断
在吞咽与呼吸之间的协调性尚不明确的8.8％认知迟缓患者中，诊断为吞气症。

吞气症是无创通气（NIV）的危险副作用，通常用于呼吸道疾病和心血管危重病的治疗或需要全身麻醉的手术中。对于NIV期间的吞气症，通常是由经验丰富的医学专家诊断出来的，他们会在NIV使用期间间歇性地检查患者。诊断是基于通过放置在腹腔外部的听诊器聆听而听到的声音。使用这种方法，有时发现问题的时间要比问题发展的时间晚，也可能比必要的时间晚。误检测吞气症可能会导致胃胀，继而可能引起横膈抬高或导致胃内容物被吸入肺部或由于极度的胃吹气而导致食道气动破裂。
