在医学上，Cantlie线或Cantlie线是进行肝切除术时所用的肝脏的假想分区。该师将肝脏分为两个平面，从中肝静脉到胆囊中部。使用Couinaud分类系统，第二，第三和第四部分都位于分区的左侧，而第五，第六，第七和第八部分则位于右侧。
