介绍
由于 PSA 轻度升高，患者接受了前列腺/盆腔 MRI。

清晰的 3 厘米，略呈分叶状的肿块，从膀胱底部的右侧向外延伸。

病变在 T2 为低信号，在 T1 为中信号，似乎起源于肌肉层。

由于患者右侧全髋关节置换术造成的伪影，DWI/ADC 无贡献。
