案例讨论
指骨骨折是骨骼系统最常见的损伤，占所有骨折的 10%。发生率较高的是远节指骨>中节指骨>近节指骨。

簇状骨折通常是由挤压伤引起的，并且由于指背上存在甲板和指尖掌侧存在牙髓，因此通常是稳定的。它们有时与牙髓或指甲基质的撕裂有关。

由于这种稳定性，大多数骨折都会得到保守治疗。严重时可用克氏针固定。
