左下肺叶切除术，在左肺门处使用手术吻合钉。胸腔积液充满左下叶腔。通气肺内无局灶性肺结节。上叶肺气肿。先前胸腔引流部位出现小积气。

脊髓刺激器引线。

肺叶切除术后胸腔积液相对常见。通常，与上胸膜腔相比，下胸膜腔的胸膜液周转量增加。在下肺叶切除术中，脏层胸膜被切除，减少了胸膜液周转，并增加了液体收集的潜在空间。
