盆腔吻合术证明，之前曾接受过前切除术。活动的降结肠大部分位于前方和右侧。一些小肠及其肠系膜位于左侧。

虽然疝出点尚不清楚，但这些小肠袢实际上已通过肠系膜缺损疝入降结肠后部，从而向前向右移位。这在手术中得到了证实。

案例讨论
前切除后降结肠变得相当活动。通过肠系膜缺损的小肠环内部疝气是术后常见的情况。许多患者没有症状。有些有慢性非特异性症状。有些表现为急性梗阻。

通过影像学诊断可能很困难。线索是降结肠的前侧和右侧移位，以及小肠袢的左后移位。
