病例讨论
这是一个奇怪的病例，原因有几个：

游走性肝脏，在第二次研究几天后再次进行腹部 CT 检查时，肝脏恢复到正常解剖位置

间隔期间出现的椎旁肿块
巨大的前列腺，在短短几个月内就扩大到原来的几倍
极长的长结肠
肝脏一定有长的附着物（韧带），使其能够移动和旋转。

至于椎旁肿块，对其进行了活检 - 组织病理学报告如下：
转移性癌，透明细胞类型，最有可能来自肾脏。

免疫染色：阳性：CA-9、EMA、CK7（局部）。阴性：CK20。
