右眼球显示玻璃体出血，在 T1、T2、FLAIR 和 GE 序列（血液制品）上均显示为玻璃体内的混合信号物质，在对比后序列上没有眼部病变或异常增强。

脑容量减少，伴有小血管缺血性改变。

病例讨论
糖尿病高血压患者玻璃体出血的 MRI 特征。

绝大多数玻璃体出血继发于：

增生性糖尿病视网膜病变

玻璃体后脱离

视网膜脱离或撕裂（其本身可能是由于玻璃体后脱离或增生性糖尿病视网膜病变引起的）

其他原因包括：眼眶外伤、眼部恶性肿瘤、血管闭塞性疾病、血红蛋白病、老年性黄斑变性
