子宫体左后外侧有一个 4 x 5 x 5.5 厘米、边界清晰、轮廓光滑的盆腔肿块。它在 T1WI 上显示低至中等信号强度，在 T2WI 上显示中等信号强度，中心区域为高信号（囊性变性）。对比后序列显示明显且不均匀的增强，与下一个子宫肌层相同。子宫浆膜下平滑肌瘤（FIGO 6 型）的 MRI 特征。

左卵巢处约 30 毫米的卵泡囊肿（MRI ORADS I）。
