表现
4 天排便习惯改变，左髂窝持续疼痛，活动时加剧，伴有恶心和呕吐。左髂窝反跳痛。白细胞升高 15.31× 1000/µL，中性粒细胞增多 (86.6%)，CRP 为 440 mg/L。

CT 扫描显示一个卵圆形结肠周围病变，周围有炎症边缘。病变位于结肠远端下降部分，壁厚增加。

腹腔内无自由液体或空气。

病例讨论
肠系膜附件炎是由结肠肠系膜附件发炎或缺血引起的。这是一种罕见的急腹症，临床表现类似于其他引起急腹痛的原因，如憩室炎和阑尾炎。因此，做出正确的诊断以避免不必要的手术非常重要。这是一种自限性疾病，可在 3-5 天内自发消退。本例患者接受非甾体抗炎药治疗一周后康复。
