前交叉韧带 (ACL) 弥漫性 PDFS 高信号增厚，形似“芹菜梗”，腘窝处有相邻的神经节囊肿。

双侧股骨髁和胫骨平台可见骨赘形成等慢性退行性骨改变，内侧间室更为明显，软骨损失和关节间隙减少与膝关节骨关节炎相符。

注意胫骨髁间隆起处局部软骨下骨髓水肿、内侧半月板挤压伴水平撕裂以及与关节间隙相通的液体膨胀半膜肌囊。可见少量膝关节积液。

病例讨论
一例前交叉韧带粘液变性，具有典型的“芹菜梗”外观。

所有序列中的弥漫性韧带增厚和高信号可模仿间质部分撕裂。

最可能的病因是与年龄有关的韧带退化，通常表现为关节疼痛和活动受限。

据报道，与 1.5 T 相比，3T 场强对 ACL 粘液样变性的检测灵敏度高出五倍。
