胸骨柄后方可见胸骨后厚壁积液，矢状面周围脂肪条带约 1.2 x 5 cm，提示脓肿。

胸骨体部裂开。多个亚厘米纵隔淋巴结。

胸骨骨密度不均一，伴有多个溶骨性胸骨病变和周围硬化，提示慢性骨髓炎。

病例讨论
5% 的病例报告有胸骨切开术后并发症，包括蜂窝织炎、胸骨裂开、胸骨骨髓炎、纵隔炎和胸骨后积液。

尽早发现这些并发症很重要。
