左眼眶底爆裂性骨折，眼眶脂肪和下直肌通过骨折间隙脱垂到左上颌窦。未见相关的内侧或上部爆裂性骨折。其他眼外肌、视神经和眼球外观正常。

病例讨论
眼眶底爆裂性骨折最常见。眼眶脂肪脱垂到上颌窦，可能与下直肌脱垂有关（如本例）。
