会阴右侧有气室，延伸至坐骨肛门和坐骨直肠间隙、骨盆（涉及皮下和肌肉平面，涉及科勒氏筋膜、达托斯筋膜和会阴深筋膜）和左侧腹股沟 沿精索区域直至睾丸周围的左半阴囊（但阴囊水肿时，睾丸出现在正常范围内）。
气室也在前腹壁延伸（直到 L2 水平的对面，并涉及 Buck 筋膜、Sarpa 筋膜和 Camper 筋膜）。
肝脏轻度肿大，位置正常，边界光滑。 肝脏的静脉相密度低于脾实质，很可能是由于弥漫性肝脂肪变性。
