雌激素依赖性疾病，病症或综合症是部分或完全依赖于或对体内雌激素活性的存在敏感的医学疾病。
已知的雌激素依赖性疾病包括乳腺痛（乳房疼痛/压痛），乳腺纤维瘤，乳头状瘤（乳房增大），巨乳症（乳房肥大），妇科病，乳腺癌，女孩性早熟，黄褐斑，月经过多，子宫内膜异位，子宫内膜增生，子宫腺肌病，子宫肌瘤，子宫癌（例如子宫内膜癌），卵巢癌和男性高雌激素症，例如在某些情况下，例如肝硬化和克莱氏综合征。
