随着消毒剂广泛使用,尤其是细菌反复接触亚致死量消毒剂,可使细菌对其产生抗性.与耐抗生素菌株一样,抗消毒剂菌株的出现可能将会导致医院消毒的失败.因此,探索细菌对消毒剂产生抗性的机理,以减少抗消毒剂菌株的产生显得十分必要.近年来,人们对细菌抗消毒剂的机理有较多研究,现将有关结果综述如下.……
