提要 强化中性戊二醛为加有表面活性剂的戊二醛复方消毒剂。以其含20 000 mg/L戊二醛的溶液，对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用4 h，杀灭率达100％。其杀菌作用随戊二醛浓度减少、作用时间缩短而减弱，受有机物影响较小。以其含300 mg/L戊二醛的溶液擦拭实验台面3遍并作用10 min，可将自然菌灭除90.98％。

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON BACTERICIDAL EFFICACY
OF POTENTIATED NEUTRAL GLUTARALDEHYDE

Abstract
Potentiated neutral glutaraldehyde is a compound glutaraldehyde disinfectant containing surfactant. Its solution containing glutaraldedyde 20 000 mg/L with a 4 hr contact time could kill 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger. Its bactericidal efficacy decreased with decreasing concentration of glutaraldehyde and shortening contact time, while it was less influenced by organic substances. When its solution containing glutaraldehyde 300 mg/L was used to wipe the surface of experiment desk thrice with a 10 min contact time, 90.98% of the natural bacteria could be eliminated.

对强化中性戊二醛(加有表面活性剂的戊二醛复方消毒剂)的杀菌效果进行了试验观察。现将结果报告如下。
1 方法
1.1 中和剂选择试验
试验菌为枯草杆菌黑色变种（ATCC 9372）芽胞。试验设8组：① 消毒剂+菌悬液；② （消毒剂+菌悬液）+中和剂；③ 中和剂+菌悬液；④ （消毒剂+中和剂）+菌悬液；⑤ 正常菌对照；⑥ 无菌磷酸盐缓冲液（PBS）对照；⑦ 无菌中和剂对照；⑧ 未接种菌培养基对照。试验结果，当第6、7、8组不长菌，第3、4、5组组间菌数相差不超过10％，第1组不长菌或菌数远少于第2组，第2组菌数≥100 cfu/ml时，为所选中和剂及其浓度适宜。
1.2 悬液定量杀菌试验
试验时，将消毒液（阳性对照为PBS）5.0 ml与菌悬液0.1 ml混匀。作用至规定时间，取0.5 ml菌药混合液，加入含4.5 ml中和剂溶液的试管中，混匀。中和作用10 min，取该液0.5 ml接种平皿，倾注普通营养琼脂并混匀。置37℃培养48 h，计数菌落数，计算杀灭率。
观察有机物影响时，向菌悬液中加入10％小牛血清。
1.3 模拟现场消毒试验
用消毒液擦拭实验台表面并作用至预定时间。于消毒前、后，分别用棉拭在预定采样区域涂抹5 cm×5 cm面积采样。将采样后棉拭头剪入盛有采样液（含中和剂）的试管中。敲打试管以洗脱棉拭上的菌并混匀。取洗脱液作活菌计数，计算灭除率。
2 结果
2.1 中和剂试验结果
试验表明，以含1.0％甘氨酸+0.5％卵磷脂+1.0％吐温80的PBS溶液作为戊二醛复方消毒剂的中和剂可符合要求（表1）。
2.2 杀菌效果
试验结果，以含20 000 mg/L戊二醛的该复方消毒剂溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用1 h，杀灭率达99.92％，作用4 h的杀灭率为100％（表2）。菌悬液中含25％或50％小牛血清，对其杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的效果影响较小（表3）。
2.3 模拟现场消毒效果
经试验，用含300 mg/L戊二醛的该复方消毒剂溶液擦拭实验台面3遍后，作用10 min，对台面自然菌的灭除率为90.98％。
