Kahun Gynecological Papyrus（也是Petrie Medical Papyrus，Kahun Medical Papyrus，Lahun Medical Papyrus，或UC32057）是埃及最古老的医学文本，虽然不是世界上最古老的，如费城博物馆的苏美尔医疗粘土片从第3个千年开始保存[1]。公元前1800年左右，它涉及妇女健康、妇科疾病、生育、怀孕、避孕等。
它于1889年由弗林德斯皮特里在El-Lahun（Faiyum，埃及）发现[2]并由F.Ll首先翻译。格里菲斯于1893年出版并出版于Petrie Papyri：来自Kahun和Gurob的Hieratic Papyri。[3]它保存在伦敦大学学院的皮特里埃及考古博物馆。后来的柏林纸莎草和Ramesseum Papyrus IV覆盖了大部分相同的地面，经常提供相同的处方。[4]
